Photography Sessions
Each Session includes a CD of the images optimized for both print and internet use and turnaround time is generally 2 business days with optional Rush Delivery.
Standard Session: For homes with up to a $249,999 asking price, includes 1 to 1.5 hours of photography and up to 10 images.
High End Session: For homes with a $250,000 to $399,999 asking price, includes 2 to 3 hours of photography and up to 15 images.
Estate Session: For homes with a $400,000 to $750,000 asking price, includes 2.5 to 3.5 hours of photography and up to 20 images.
Ranch Session: For homes with a $750,000 and above asking price, includes unlimited photography time and up to 35 images.
Canvas gallery prints are provided on a stretch canvas, ready to hang. A coating is added to the print to help protect it from harmful UV rays. Floating frame options are available.
